  Compulsory Tech Support Pack 4 is a charge for the first week (subsequent weeks charged at 50% each), which includes :nn1. Refundable Security Deposit Reduction to only 30% of the original Security Deposit amount, at u20ac 840 for the specific yacht.n2. A Discount Voucher for a future trip, for the amount of 40% of the Compulsory Tech Support Pack fees will be issued, if the yacht returns with no damage and no loss of equipment.n3. Subscription to Jasonu2019s Eye, SeaStaru2019s real time data collection, transmission, monitoring andnanalysis system (connected to each yacht), with automatic alarms 24/7 and tailored suggestions during work hours, at the clientu2019s mobile telephone.n4. No charge for any damage or loss, if any damage and/or loss costs upon return, are less than u20ac 100 in total. If more, normal charges from 1st Euro apply.n5. 8/5 Technical support through email or text messages (SMS, Whatu2019s UP, Viber) by the use of text, photos and videos, from Monday-Friday (09.00u2019 to 17.00u2019) for a total of 3 hours involvement, per week. Further hours can be charged, at Alimos support rates.n6. Sailoru2019s Guide book (on how to avoid or manage, Damage, Accident, Failure and Trouble). Initial Bed Linen for every cabin (Sanitary mattress cover, underside sheet, two pillows with sanitary covers and pillowcases, 2 single sheets for cover) u2013 No towels, No blanketsn2. Initial kitchen materials (wash-up liquid, sponge, fast-wiping absorbing cloth, plastic garbage bags, kitchen paper roll, kitchen towel, oven gloves, lighter or matches, cutting board, heat resistant surfaces).n3. Initial toilet materials (Handwash liquid, shampoo, 2 toilet rolls, plastic trash bags) for each WC space.n4. Two (2) gas bottles (one u201cas isu201d and one full). One basket with clothes pegs.n5. Use of six (6) pairs of flippers (different sizes) and two (2) masks with snorkels.n6. Use of Dinghy with 2 oars and air-pump.n7.
