Tech Support Pack Compulsory Tech Support Pack 5 is a charge for the first week (subsequent weeks charged

5. 8/5 Technical support through email or text messages (SMS, What’s UP, Viber) by the use of text, photos and videos, from Monday-Friday (09.00’ to 17.00’) for a total of 3 hours involvement, per week. Further hours can be charged, at Alimos support rates.
